The hotel overall was very nice, with beautiful décor, and the front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. There were two issues, though. The room we stayed in had a greasy cooking smell, possibly because it was right above the restaurant kitchen—the air coming from the AC carried that smell. Our family members staying in another room did not have this problem. Another thing I was most dissatisfied with was the breakfast—not the quality, but the lack of clear dining guidelines from the hotel and the restaurant. The restaurant is not part of the hotel, so they didn’t know how much breakfast credit guests receive each day, and the front desk also did not explain how to use the daily breakfast credit at the beginning. It would be great if the breakfast arrangement could be improved. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Such a beautiful hotel! Love the bohemian style. Clean room and comfortable bed. I will definitely be staying again. The only one thing I didn't like is was no hotel parking just valet or park in the street. A hotel this nice should have parking.

Pull out couch was broken in the suite & the hotel stuffed pillows in the couch to try to keep it from collapsing. Valet parking only. Loud neighborhood. No business center.

Hotel is beautifully designed. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was good and well priced. Pool area was good (sun only comes around in the afternoon and towels were scarce) and fitness centre was well equipped and modern. Location was really good (10 mins walk from the mall and old town). Little bit of noise in the room but nothing too bad.
