Great property. No housekeeping and the kitchen of the unit we stayed in was absolute bare minimum. Plan to purchase basics like paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. We had two bath towels for two people, so we did laundry daily. No kitchen hand towels. One roll of paper towels. That was disappointing. But the priority was gorgeous, clean and perfectly positioned for shopping.

Loved our stay but would have liked to know ahead of time that parking was $25 a night and required downloading an app and filling out an info form. We parked around the mall instead and walked. Also did NOT have a coffee maker in the kitchen. For me that’s a necessity. Kitchen lacked any sheet pans, spatula, towels, potholders etc so wasn’t desirable for cooking. The bed was comfortable and the unit clean minus an area near shower where drywall was damaged and stained. For this price I feel it needs to be repaired and the kitchen stocked a little better with these few necessities. Otherwise the location is perfect and the units are very nice.

The check-in process is overly complicated, even the "passcodes" they give are arbitrarily long. I booked and PAID through Expedia, but was still charged by the property for the same stay....They double charged me....Then I had to spend far too much of my time (my hourly earnings are more than nightly rate) to get the charge removed (so really bow I've lost more money).....Even better, the front desk can't do anything to help with the fees and has no visabability. So I waste hours and calls fixing this. FAIL

We loved Sentral Old Town! Everything was clean, provided great instructions. The mall was right across from us. The entire experience was amazing, I look forward to staying there again in the future.

I had to add on two nights but Expedia told me to go directly to Sentral and Sentral directed me back to Expedia. Frustrating. Also during check in there was no key available. Safe place and conveniently central.

Great place to stay for our birthday getaway! Walking distance to fun restaurants and shopping. The bed was SOO comfortable! I regret not looking at the mattress and pillow brands lol. The unit is very modern and minimal. The living room could’ve been more comfy but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Firstly let me say that this place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Having said that there was no coffee machine you had to get your coffee out of a vending machine in the lobby. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no balcony furniture. It over looked a huge dirt pit (parks and rec) it is not in old town as the name suggests but rather a 20 minute walk each way. The hot tub was not hot and the water was murky with brown bubbles. There was no heat in our unit and we had to watch tv and eat our meals with our coats on. Would never stay here again

We ended up not to stay there. Its more for residents. The check in process is like you are doing a loan in the bank and you have to do it in their app. Our plan was to have a good day and night around the area but it was a nightmare. When We were checking in, the app didn't allow me to continue if I didn't pay for an extra time checking out the next day, then you have to pay for your parking space. They have codes for everything.

Nonsensical Stay

Dirty... crusty dog poop in the hallway, nasty stains in the bedroom, front desk is never around. This is an apartment trying to be a hotel. Wouldn't recommend for any reason. $25 a night for parking, $150 deposit and ANOTHER $150 deposit if you want a second room key.

I booked the suite for 5 days, and pre paid in full. My flight was delayed and I checked in the day after scheduled check in. They had rented the suite to someone else as they were fully booked. I had to be very persistent to get a refund as their first response was no refund. I was left looking for another hotel. Unacceptable.
