Room was clean and had good amenities like full kitchen, etc. TV is only Roku, so no network channels. Streaming was VERY difficult. Service kept cutting out and very difficult and time to reconnect. I finally just gave up trying to use the TV for anything. No service whatsoever, room service or front desk. Everything is automated so it's not simple to even check in. Must be geared for twenty year olds only. I'll never stay there again.

Beautiful place, the decor, the building lobby etc. only issue was cleanliness. There was other people’s hair on shower wall, on the “clean” towels & even on toilet. The carpet had dog hair. Could have been cleaner.

The room was spotless and spacious. A very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The staff was very helpful at check in. I would definitely stay there again next time in Phoenix.

This is a brand new building with a mix of residential rental units and units used for hotel rental. The amenities are thru the roof and top notch. The apartment was spotless with very tasteful interior. There is no room service during your visit unless you specifically ask for it.

Amenities were great.. location was great.. Our shower had hair on the wall and in the tub. Parking was good if parked on the M floor, but we got moved to floor 2 and they would not give us access to that floor. We would have to take the stairs from the M floor to the 2nd floor to get to our vehicle. Loading up to leave was not fun

Awesome rooftop pools. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. Quiet overall except for 1 random sound a few times - maybe from the parking garage? Otherwise, would stay again.

Location was great. The rooms were not super clean but even worse there was virtually no hot water in my room. It only got lukewarm but never hot. I don’t know if that’s an Arizona thing or whatnot but I was pretty upset about that. The building itself is extremely impressive and offers great amenities. Minor improvements could make this a 5 star spot

The room we stayed in was not complete. Has exposed concrete and tape still on ceiling. Very disappointed for the price payed. We have stayed at many Sentral hotels and this was the worst. Not recommended.
