This Park Model Home has been masterfully renovated from the ground up with an open floor plan to promote flow and connecting with others. The Bosch HVAC unit is a brand new state of the art unit with a UV light inside. There is an under the kitchen sink water purifier with a charcoal block and a UV light to purify the water to the sink and refrigerator ice making and water dispenser. Ceiling fans are in the master bedroom, living room and outside covered patio.

The common area has a pool with covered seating, jacuzzi, outdoor showers, pickle ball, tennis and shuffle board courts. The Club House has pool tables, ping pong table, card tables, a dance floor and more.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Kevin was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Immaculate place and very well appointed like sharp knife set ample dishes and pots and pans etc..The community activities were just as described lots to do. Picking a fresh orange off his tree a plus.

The pictures do not do justice to this place. It is top-notch quality, fully equipped with many amenities readily available. The TV and sound system are magnificent. Everything is designed for comfort and ease. The host responded quickly to all communication. Thank you for a wonderful escape!
