Whether you prefer relaxing in the spa, chilling in the heated pool, practicing your putting skills on the large freshly installed green or watching the game on one of the 2 outdoor televisions, you will find it here! And wait there's more......the backyard also offers a firepit, an extra-large gazebo with seating for 10 and ample room to set up your cornhole tournament!
Indoors, everyone has a place at the dining table offering seating for 10! The kitchen features double oven, large island and tons of cabinets with beautiful granite countertops. The upstairs game room boasts foosball, vintage arcade game console and 85” television. While downstairs has a full-size pool table with plenty of room for play. 4 bedrooms upstairs are set up with king size beds while main level bedroom offers a queen size bed with direct access to the ¾ bath. In addition, there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the loft with upgraded memory foam mattress and an additional mattress for added comfort.

The house was beautiful with lots of little extras that made the stay more comfortable: plenty of towels and toiletries (including cotton swabs and cotton balls), well stocked kitchen (plenty of dishes, utensils, spices, paper plates), hampers in each room for laundry, throw blankets, and ear plugs.Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, PacMan and billiards table. Fire pit was pleasant when it was cool at night. Beautiful fruit trees on the property. Communication with the owners Laura and Tony was seamless. Easy to get to Goodyear park for Spring Training games. Great time biking in the Sonoran Desert, kayaking Canyon Lake, experiencing Tortilla Flat and hiking on Superstition Mountains. Loved our stay.

This house was great! Everything was just as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. The outdoor area with the pool, fire pit and gazebo, is just a great way to spend the evening. The owners are great and very responsive. It is so refreshing to rent a place for a vacation and it turns out to be exactly what you are hoping for. I highly recommend this home!!

Property was ideal for our "siblings and spouses" Phoenix stay! Close location to the football stadium, spacious home with great seating options for a larger group both inside and outside, incredibly well stocked, and comfortable beds. Just a suggestion for the bedrooms would be to add dressers and/or luggage stands to help with "living out of suitcases". Closet space was great in each bedroom so ideal for hanging clothing.Pool was comfortable temp but had a fair amount of debri(dried leaves, some sand/dirt). Wondering if it was because of debri on the cover falling in when the covers were removed? You needed 3 or 4 people to lift each piece straight up to minimize debri falling in. Most of us there were pool owners, so we likely have higher standards and notice debri more readily! Online communication before the stay was a bit slow but hosts were very reponsive once we were on site. Good response time while on site was definitely a higher priority for us.Overall a great VRBO, everyone enjoyed our stay, and we all agreed we would absolutely book again. Thank you!

What an amazing stay! The home perfection and is well equipped and stocked; from towels, to bedding, to kitchen needs, to toiletries! The hosts,Tony & Laura, are beyond wonderful and warm! We booked this stay for a family wedding, knowing we had several days of events and multiple airports for pick-up and delivery. The area has an amazing walking/running path and we were close to all shopping and dining options. The home has a truly relaxing pool/hot tub that we throughly enjoyed everyday! My sons and husband played on the putting green as often as possible, and the outdoor seating was the perfect relaxation spot to end the day. We have four adult children with significant others and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel relaxed and more than comfortable. Thank you Laura & Tony for the PERFECT spot to enjoy family and reconnect in a truly welcoming, relaxing and worry free home.

Family celebration

The house was very spacious and well maintained- perfect for home base for our family while we were in town to celebrate a graduation. Tony and Laura were very responsive when an issue occurred- Laura was even troubleshooting while away in Europe. We appreciated their efforts to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit our family in Phoenix.

House was great. With the extreme heat, the pool was a perfect way to cool off. Everyone also enjoyed the pool table. Beds very comfortable. Nice that kitchen had a variety of spices. Hosts communication was excellent. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fantastic

we enjoyed our stay for the Final Four So close to Phoenix and the Football stadium yet had a nice suburban feel. Already looking to return The house has everything you need! Many games of Pool and Pacman as well as swimming every day .Highly recommend this house!

Amazing!

We spent a week with extended family including 4 kids and we all had a great time! Everyone had plenty of space and the place was extremely well stocked to cook all of our meals and serve everyone. Plenty of towels and pool toys for the kids to enjoy. Laura was extremely responsive through text and was able to help us heat the pool to a comfortable temperature when it was a bit windy. The backyard was incredible. We loved the pool of course but also used the outdoor dining, corn hole and putting green every day. We will hopefully be back! Thanks for an amazing family vacation

Amazing property That Is Well Cared For

We stayed here for a four day bachelor party. We had 11 guys, and there was plenty of space for all of us! The property was very clean and had so much to do. Between the many large TVs, pool table, cornhole, heated pool, hot tub, putting green, all of it was in great shape. When we did have a small problem during our stay, the owners were quick to respond and helpful.

Absolutely Amazing

Cannot say enough nice things about this home and its amenities - The interior and exterior of this home was immaculate. Super clean, all the things you need to have a great getaway, including tons of fun ammentities to keep people busy. Pool, hot tub, putting green and corn hole, and the kids and Dads loved the pool table. The house and rooms are very roomy and super nice. The kitchen is great and had everything we needed. The loft upstairs with the arcade game and foosball was such an added treat - the kids had their own living room! The best host I have rented from in a long time - Super responsive with questions and just a pleasure to rent from. This is a home and host I highly recommend. In fact we are renting again in October! I honestly can say the host and home made our vacation wonderful....

Golf in the sun

We have been leaving the snow behind each year to get in a week of golf in the sun. This home fit our needs perfectly! More that enough room inside with a nice pool, hot tub and fire pit outside to relax away our evenings. The location is closes to a number of great courses and close to about any type of food you crave.
