Entire facility was clean including room. Staff was nice but not helpful. I asked front desk for a blow dryer and they said they had none left. I asked for some basic kitchenware since I booked a room with full size frig, microwave & cooktop and was told I would have to buy pans/dishes myself & bring them. Not even a coffee pot in the rooms. This is a bare bones hotel with a clean bed/bath and that's it. Can't complain though since I paid under $100/night.

The room was clean, however things commonly found in hotel rooms were missing: no hairdryer, cups, tissues, iron/board. The front desk has limited hours which complicates early check-out or late check-in. The location was perfect for our needs.

Woodsprings Suites Phoenix-Deer Valley is my ideal of a place to stay when I am away from home. It is located 1/4 mile from Interstate 17 and only a few minutes more to the 101 freeway beltway giving convenient access to the metro area. A friendly, amiable staff and a spacious spotlessly clean room has a feature very important to me: the air quality is excellent thanks to two large absolutely dust-free filters in the customer regulated climate control unit. The bedding is odor free and the shampoo/soap/lotion are fragarance-free spa quality. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove top plates. The TV has 42 channels, major networks, ESPN and cable news and an estimated 50" monitor. I would usually write a two or three sentence review. If I have gone above and beyond that, it's because they deserve it.

We only needed it for one night. It Makes sense why it is for longer stay. There’s no ice machine or coffee maker which would have been great but other than that it was clean, quiet and easy check in and check out. Great experience

The bathtub had a patch over a broken area, it wasn't safe to stand in. The bath water spout was very loose from the wall. The toilet seat was loose. There was a room above us that made noise for the 2 days we stayed. The noise continued throughout the night. After making a trip to the next floor and knock on the door where the noise was coming from, there was a dog in that room which made all the noise. They need a better way of placing people with animals on the bottom floors. There was no staff availability to report the noise to and room phone was out of order.
