Hotels.com did not book the hotel for me even after I paid and made the booking. I didn't find out until I showed up at the hotel on the day I was supposed to check in. The hotel also does not have a working phone number. Horrible experience, would not recommend this at all.

This property is nestled in everyday Phu Quoc life. I love that it wasn't busy. I love that you can walk around and chat with locals. You feel like you are receiving a genuine experience. As a a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. The entire staff to include the owner was extremely friendly. Anything you can think of they worked hard to take care of you. It felt more like a community of family relaxing and enjoying quiet time on the beach. There is also a restaurant within well within walking distance that I enjoyed eating at almost everyday. The food was amazing and the family that owned it were just as awesome as the hotel owner. If you want peace, quiet, beach, a cozy room, a great front porch, and you need R&R, this is the place to go.

Hula Hula Resort is very nice

We stayed 5 nights. Resort is near a fishing village. Fresh seafood and the experience of an authentic peice of Vietnam. Very quiet and relaxing. The resort is new. Comfortable beds, airconditioned rooms. The staff treated us like dear friends and we love them all. Food is served at the resort restaurant. Very good food. A motorbike can be rented to explore the island, or a car and driver can be hired to do the same. Quiet, relaxing, friendly. That is Hula Hula.

Need to extend our vacation

Front desk was super helpful and assisted us with all our needs. Resort is accessible to the sea, and there are coral reefs just in front! Breakfast needs to be ordered 01 day in advance but great variety is offered. Rural spot however there are shops and restaurants surrounding, and it is definitely not the place if you are looking for concrete buildings!

Lovely, small and clean resort. Breakfast and restaurant good. Main staff speaks good english. Pool was very nice. Only minus was beach area -in nowember 2019 the days we spent there were very windy and snorkling was not possible. Two nice hotel restaurants nearby also.

Smultronställe i norra Phu Quoc

Ett litet mysigt hotel som man åker till för att ta det lungt, rummen var alldeles perfekta, sängen var hur skön som helst, den hade superskönt täcke och kuddar. Poolen var en aning kall med det var bara skönt att hoppa i när man solat ett tag. Stranden var kanske inte helt ok, det låg några båtar förtöjda där som man kanske skulle ha ordnat en annan plats för. Restaurangen var helt ok de hade kanske inte min typ av mat på menyn men de fixade de mesta ändå. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och det var inga problem att fråga något som man ville veta, extra plus till dottern som var mycket duktig och professionell.

Très agréable et à l'écart de la foule

Nous avons été très agréablement reçus dans ce joli petit hôtel de la côte nord, impeccablement tenu, à l'écart de la foule de Duong Dông. Déco sympa, peignoirs et tongues à disposition. Même si le personnel ne parle pas toujours très bien l'anglais, l'effort et fait pour accommoder les clients ! Restau correct. Vraiment bien !
