Dat and his staff were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast choices were decent; the noodles or sandwiches were deliciously prepared which includes a juice or Vietnamese coffee at a reasonably price. The hotel is located away from the busy street and venues and was well insulated for a good sleep. Our room was clean, nicely decorated with a sunset/partial ocean view.
