This is by no means a 5 star hotel, rather a good 4 star. For those who are well travelled and used to 5 star hotels, you will be disappointed. Issues includes staff- no one to welcome you upon arrival, no one would transfer your luggage to your room. The receptionists are rude including the manager. Booked in as VIP guest, asked for an upgrade to the room, they offered no help and when I said I will pay for it the manager showed me the dirtiest most unpleasant room. We booked in for 5 night, we have checked out one day earlier that how we were unhappy about our stay. The beach around the hotel is so dirty and not safe for guests. The only good thing are the staff at the breakfast were really nice and welcoming.

Property was good. Location good. Eateries good. Available tours good. Fridge did not work even after asking for someone to fix it. That was important to us because we had medication that needed to be kept cold. Leaving for the airport there was either rat/cat poop in the lobby (I have pictures). Cleaning staff was very good. Restaurant staff very good. Lobby greeting was very good. Not a bad hotel.

The Hotel is very good and staff are wonderful. The beach is small, but good water to swim in. Easy to walk to market etc. Hotel chose a coffee machine with pods and they would only supply enough for 2 cups each. and refused more? That should change
