It is an amazing hotel with a beautiful beach across the road. There are several pools. Breakfast was decent and with a variety of food. I took one start for the facilities because a usb port didn’t work in my room.

It may only be a 3 star resort but it was more than adequate. We loved our spa suite as there were no stairs to negotiate. It was also easy access to the beach across the road. The staff were all lovely, especially Pop & Thatika in the restaurant/bar. The other restaurants very close by were tried and given a huge tick of approval. There are also minimarts and other shops close by too. We would return.

Do not stay in a Standard room in this hotel! The standard rooms are in an annex behind the pictured buiding, it is set in an ugly area. On arrival to the room, the balcony door would not lock. I went to the toliet, the water looked yellow, as if not flushed after use, so i flushed the loo before using it. After I used the tolilet, it would not flush. I reported this to reception, someone came to look at it and i saw then again after i quick trip to the beach, in our room. The loo flushed ( the water in the bowl is yellow). But they stated I had to wait for the toilet to refil. I waited and waited in the room. It did not refil. I when to reception and stated what had happened and that waiting for 30 minutes for a toliet to reflush was unacceptable and that the room was not nice and a security risk. I paid the 500baht per night to get a room upgrade and the stay was average after that.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The pools are lovely and the pool bar was a winner on those long, hot days. The Wi-Fi is really slow (between 1.0 - 1.8 Mbps), but I would go there again.

Excellent location at the best beach in Phuket, as soon as you are out of the hotel, Karon beach is at 20 mts, breakfast is fine, you may pay 500 baht to the any of the highlights in Phuket, I advise to rent a car 700-900 baht a day. There is a lot of restaurants near to the hotel so don’t worry you can eat anything you like.

The pools are amazing, three different types. Virtually on the beach, and the sea is really warm. Slight communication issues when trying to inform us of a change of time, causing us to nearly miss a trip. Hotel room is nice. Lovely shower
