A Perfect Stay with Our Little Explorer We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with our 1.5-year-old baby boy, who is at that magical age of exploring everything around him. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were not only professional and helpful but also genuinely warm and kind, making us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and designed with both comfort and elegance in mind. The food was absolutely fabulous, offering a perfect balance of quality, variety, and flavor. But beyond the great facilities and amazing dining experience, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference, especially when traveling with a little one. They welcomed our son with open arms, always greeting him with a smile and making sure he was happy and comfortable. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel cared for. We cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning!

Excellent hotel! The only downside for me was the windsurfing. It was mentioned as an included activity, however they only had one board and one rig, both of which were worn out and were not a suitable size (giant beginner board and a 5.5m sail with no harness).

Service was very average and not what I would expect from a premium hotel in Asia. The sun loungers we reserved very early by guest for often never bothered to turn up. Top hotels don’t allow this On the positive side the hotel is well located on a beautiful part of the beach
