My overall stay was amazing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the airport and the beach, the hotel was near the bus station and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We chose the hotel for several reasons, close to airport, free shuttle, swimming pool. The first two delivered. Unfortunately the pool did not have a ladder, just a very big step, without handrail, so no good for a person with knee problems.

Great location near airport. Nice rooftop pool. Restaurant available for breakfast. Free shuttle to airport. There's a cafe next door. All other locations need vehicle transportation.

We chose this hotel only because we had to check out of Patong at noon and our flight to Shanghai was scheduled for 12 hours later at 12:30 am. We only stayed about 8 hours to shower and rest. The shuttle is free and convenient. The staff friendly. The room shows aging. The bed was hard for me. This is a transit hotel. I would not recommend for long term stays.
