Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
We had a very poor experience at Wyndham Grand Kalim Bay. Service was disorganized from the moment we arrived. Check-in took almost one full hour, and we had to wait in both the welcome lobby and the main lobby with no clear communication. Instead of focusing on getting us to our room after a long trip, staff immediately began pitching their membership program, which felt pushy and unprofessional.
The issues continued once we finally got to the property. The car services were consistently delayed, making it difficult to get around. The pool was dirty, not at all what you would expect from a hotel at this price point.
Food service was equally disappointing — meals were cold, bland, and overall very low quality. Nothing about the dining experience matched the hotel’s advertised standard.
We originally booked for three nights but ended up checking out after the first night because the stay simply wasn’t worth the cost. Unfortunately, this hotel did not deliver on service, cleanliness, or quality. I do not recommend it.
