The charming Villa Vesna&Branka in the heart of Istria is an ideal place for your holiday.

It is surrounded by nature, on a large plot with a private pool and various activities for extra fun. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in a comfortable environment. It consists of 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and offers full comfort to its guests.

The villa actually consists of two properties, all set on a large plot of 4500m2. In the "main house" there are 4 bedrooms and in the "smaller house" two bedrooms.

From the garden, a staircase leads to a lovely little terrace from where you enter the main living room and the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and two on the ground floor. The lower ground floor has a separate entrance and consists of 2 bedrooms and an additional living room with kitchenette, providing extra comfort and privacy for guests. The "smaller house" consists of 2 floors. The ground floor is actually a games room. There you will find a pool table, table football, a Playstation console and a telescope. A separate toilet is also located here. Upstairs there are 2 stylishly furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom of course. The beautiful courtyard is surrounded by trees and greenery and offers many activities. There is table tennis, goals for mini football and a hanging bowling alley. A special feature is a full-size professional beach volleyball court and a private tennis and basketball court. After you've had your fill of volleyball and other activities, you can relax in one of the hammocks, on the sun loungers and, of course, in the inviting and refreshing pool.

For those who want to explore the surroundings by bike, there are 2 bicycles available. The villa has two outdoor terraces and therefore plenty of space for relaxation. A charcoal barbecue is available for preparing al fresco meals and the covered terrace next to the pool is the ideal al fresco dining area where everyone can come together and enjoy the meal. The villa offers an additional cookery service. All meals are prepared in compliance with the 0 KM philosophy (products are produced within a radius of 100km from the villa). The pebble beach Plomin is 14 km away from the villa. If you want to visit cafés and taste real Istrian specialities, you can visit the village of Pican, which is only 2 km away. The Ucka Nature Park is a 45-minute drive away and the town of Opatija is an hour's drive away. Be sure to visit the Sopot waterfall, which is easily accessible on foot.
