Daisy is the lively hub of Sands Farm. It’s bright and open layout has been designed to bring guests together. The interconnecting kitchen, dining, and cosy lounge space enjoy one sociable sweep. While upstairs, three comfortable en-suite bedrooms, including one equipped with bunkbeds, allow adults to fully relax in their own space. Add in the pretty terraced garden, complete with its own hot tub, and Daisy has all the ingredients for a perfect getaway for families and groups.
The space
Elegant Lounge:
Situated just off the kitchen, the inviting lounge is designed for effortless relaxation. Sink into the generously proportioned corner sofa, unwind beside the open fire, and enjoy leisurely evenings in front of the Smart TV. A beautifully comfortable space for cosy nights in and relaxed moments together.
Stylish & Sociable Dining:
Accessed via double doors from the kitchen, the elegant dining room comfortably seats eight guests. Whether you’re enjoying a takeaway supper or hosting a memorable home-cooked feast, it’s a wonderful setting for shared meals and long conversations.
Contemporary Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The sleek, modern kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality integrated appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Thoughtfully stocked with premium cookware, crockery and glassware, it caters equally well to relaxed breakfasts and impressive dinner parties. A charming breakfast table provides an informal dining option, while sliding doors open directly onto the private rear garden.

The centrepiece is the generous square hot tub, comfortably seating all eight guests and beautifully illuminated by festoon lighting, creating an indulgent space to unwind beneath the stars. Outdoor seating and a BBQ will be provided for effortless outdoor entertaining.
THE BARN – A Shared Space for Celebration & Connection;
Opening in late 2026, The Barn will become the social heart of the retreat — a striking, character-filled space designed for gathering, celebrating and creating unforgettable memories.
Beautifully rustic in design, the interior will be fully clad in sawn timber, creating warmth, texture and an authentic barn atmosphere. The natural wood finishes will give the space depth and richness, while its generous proportions ensure it feels both impressive and welcoming.
At its centre, guests will find a stylish bar, a spacious catering kitchen and a vast open main area complete with a large projector. Whether hosting a long, laughter-filled banquet, a milestone birthday, a lively disco evening, a cosy movie marathon or watching the cup final together, The Barn will adapt effortlessly to every occasion.
With seating for all 46 guests, the entire site can come together under one roof before retreating to the comfort and tranquillity of individual cottages at the end of the evening.
Available for exclusive guest hire, The Barn is designed to be as seamless as it is atmospheric. For those who prefer to relax and enjoy the celebration, outside caterers and bar services will be welcomed — allowing events to feel effortless, indulgent and beautifully hosted.
