Keldy Cottage | sleeps 4 - Hot Tub, Dog Free - 5* Gold Award

Keldy Cottage is the centre cottage in our converted stone barn. Sleeping up to 4 people, this attractively decorated cottage offers open plan living downstairs with a modern kitchen, dining and lounge area, together with two bedrooms and master bathroom upstairs.

Living - On entering this well-presented cottage, there is a light and airy porch with seating for two plus plenty of space for coats, boots and other essentials. The focal point of Keldy Cottage is a large and spacious open plan living and dining area with wood burning stove, a kitchen island and picture window overlooking the rear enclosed patio garden with hot tub, outdoor seating and BBQ. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom with twin zip and link beds which can be joined, on request, to form a super-king-size bed. Throughout High Oaks Grange you will find luxury Hypnos mattresses in every bedroom, the ultimate mattresses for rest and relaxation. The family bathroom has a large bath and overhead shower. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers are all provided. As with all our cottages, Keldy Cottage includes all the comforts you will require during a luxurious self-catering break. All guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival, all kitchen utensils, crockery and glassware, wine cooler, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Entertainment - We have entertainment for the whole family with our smart entertainment system in Keldy Cottage. Throughout the cottage you can stay connected to our high-speed Wi-Fi, simply pop in the password and you can connect all your devices to share your holiday snaps with family and friends, watch a movie and plan your next day’s adventure. Downstairs you will find a 40' LCD Smart TV with Play Station 4 and Google Chromecast, bringing thousands of movies, live sport* and catch up TV to your fingertips. In both bedrooms in Keldy Cottage we have wall-mounted TVs for those lazy mornings you can enjoy on holiday.

Outside - To the rear of Keldy Cottage there is an enclosed patio garden with outdoor seating, the BBQ is perfect for al fresco dining. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, spend time in your own private hot tub and let your body relax and recuperate. At the front of Keldy Cottage, you have access to a raised patio with seating overlooking a central courtyard garden and views towards the Vale of Pickering. Parking is available for one car at the cottage, further parking is available onsite. You enter the enclosed patio garden via the side gate bringing you to the entrance of the cottage.

Pet Free - Whilst many of our cottages accept pets, we also appreciate that not everyone wants to stay in accommodation that is used by pets, so Keldy Cottage is kept dog-free.
