I needed a one night stay on a business trip and wanted to be east of Toronto. This gem was very affordable. The hotel is clean and modern, room was spacious, with plenty of accessible electrical receptacles, all with USB-A charging jacks. If you need a distraction the Casino has plenty of slots and table games.

The check-in was just okay! Friendly but not very helpful. I had to asked about parking and later come down to ask for a map and directions that was not given to me but to a friend you checked into as well. But overall, very clean and super comfortable. Loved the sauna and stream room!

At 4pm, upon check-in, I was informed by the reception staff that my room would not be ready for another hour or two and that I would be contacted via phone when it was available. Following a two-hour wait in the parking lot without receiving a call, I approached the desk again to inquire about my room's status. The staff confirmed its availability and admitted to forgetting to notify me. Considering the room rate of over $150 and the late check-in, I was extremely dissatisfied. Furthermore, waking up the next morning with an eye infection, which I believed was caused by inadequate room sanitation, compounded my disappointment. The overall experience was severely subpar, and the staff's lack of an apology or discount was notably unprofessional.

Wasn't there long, just needed somewhere to sleep. Kids would've liked to use the pool after we checked in but you have to book a spot and all the doors were filled for the night. Must be a small pool lol The whole place is beautiful including the room. They cheaped out on the toilet paper though....it's pretty awful
