People outside the hotel were making BBQ and drinking, which led to a terrible fight. We had to leave the hotel early one day before, they couldn’t reimburse the last night.

Checking is at 3:00pm I did not get my room until around 3:50pm because the rooms were still being cleaned. The girls in the front desk are rude, you literally get there and have to wait until they’re done talking to each other in order for you to get checked in. The only reason why I keep staying in this place is because is the only hotel available when I travel and I can see why.

Lo único fue q yo acostumbro a tomarme 2 cervezas antes de dormir y resulta q es el primer hotel en 50 años de viajar q prohíben bebidas alcohólicas yo se que hay personas q se emborrachan y hacen cosas escandalosas pero para eso está la policía no es justo que paguemos justos por pecadores.y el buffet de desayuno muy sin chiste no hay pan dulce e.t.c e.t.c lo demás está ok

Deception I’ve been too many time as a guest

I couldn't sleep because it was too noisy, there was a party, the remote control didn't work and the phone didn't work, the reception could hear me, but they couldn't hear me. They were very attentive and went to my room to find out what was offered. But anyway, I had a bad experience.

Shower was dirty, with mold, hair from other guests. Door lock from the restroom was not placed properly. Bed sheets had hair from other guests. The floor carpet needs to be washed or replaced. But I guess we get what we paid for.
