Best hotel in Groningen

The hotel is in a quiet area just outside Groningen. Easy to reach by car and if you wish to visit the city centre the P+R is convenient. Car parking is free and plentiful. Our room had a balcony and views over the countryside. The room itself was spacious and spotless. The reception staff were polite friendly and knowledgeable. We had dinner on both nights of our stay in the restaurant which was in my opinion excellent. It offered a wide variety of dishes for a very reasonable cost. Again the staff were top class. If I am in the area again this hotel will be my go to.

In the center and very accessible to everything in town. Can’t beat the location!!!

We had a two night stay for a combined work and vacation stop in Groningen. This hotel was recommended to us by my local business contact and it was as good as imagined. Outstanding service from the staff, great location in the heart of Groningen and a short walk to all of the nice restaurants and attractions, and comfortable rooms are all part of the offering. The breakfast buffet is on par with most of the European deluxe class hotels. The rooms themselves are of average to slightly smaller sizes but good amenities inside the rooms. If you’re traveling to Groningen this is the place to stay!
