This place takes hours to get to extremely far away from Milan takes 2 trains and a bus to get to no one speaks English. We had no electricity one night no running water. if you want to safe money it’s OK but the commute is very long and twisted to figure out. Staff is nice but no one speaks English. Restaurant BellaVista is great ! Amazing food but that’s all the rest of the place is bit strange police and military soldiers everywhere living in this building.

A big disappointment

When we checked in, I asked for wifi passward. But was told that because too many people were connected we wouldn't be able to use wifi. I asked about parking, and was told that the lot behind the property was best choice. But lot is not lighted and not controlled, so park at own risk. The next morning we saw two burned vehicles in lot. In the morning our toilet stopped working, and we couldn't flush. No air conditioning. Bug on bed when we first arrived. Overall, I would not stay at this property again.

Bad experience

Absolutely terrible place to start your vacation, our room was on the top floor and it was a total mess. A few vocabulary differences, AC means fan, tv means physical tv no channels, water is provided only upon your arrival and the location is terrible far away from everything. The staff is careless and they lack sense of urgency and priority. Wish I had taken the ants and bugs pictures that were sleeping with us. Gross.

Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was in a very run down area of Milan. The staff were ok, but with 900+ rooms and seemingly little investment, everything was run down, dirty or broken.
