The pool was covered in mold. The kids ages 5, 7, 9 and 12 did not want to swim because they said it was so dirty.

Breakfast was very good, there was enough choice and variety however lack of low calorie options for example the yoghurt and more fruit options however it was free and it was hot. There was plenty ans the service was very very good.

Just a bad experience with check in. The room was fine but we arrived for check in and they had a computer glitch. Lady at front desk was doing everything she could including calling managers at home to get help to no avail. The facility was good except for the check in due to the system issue. There were other issues during check in that just made things worse.

Check-in was at 3pm. We arrived at 3:45. And our room was not ready for another 45 minutes, very disappointing after a long drive. All the dishes were in the dishwasher we had to put them away.

No one was at the front desk when we got here and even after calling the hotel it took several minutes to get someone to the front desk. Our service person was slow and not very attentive. When we asked if we could have a room close to our friends she replied our room wasn’t scheduled yet. We ended up on a different floor as far from the elevator as was possible. Our bed looked as though someone had been laying on it before we got there.

Recent stay

A good facility. Floors and surfaces in the room could be cleaner. Pans were unusable, very scratched teflon, should be thrown out. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Wish they would not charge for parking, it's a "money grab".
