Our family had the most incredible stay at Black Bear Lodge! From the moment we arrived, we could tell this was going to be something special. The cabin is absolutely stunning — spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with warm mountain charm and modern touches.The location couldn’t be better. It’s tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet it’s only minutes from all the best attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We loved being so close to Dollywood, The Island, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park — we could explore all day and then come “home” to total comfort.Inside, the cabin has everything you could possibly want. Each bedroom was like a private suite — all with king beds, their own bathrooms, and smart TVs. The open-concept living area was perfect for spending time together — we cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen (the granite countertops and stainless appliances were a nice touch), gathered around the fireplace in the evenings, and just enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.The indoor heated pool was a huge hit with the kids (and honestly, the adults too!). We spent hours swimming, even when it rained, and then relaxed in the outdoor hot tub under the covered deck while taking in the mountain air.
