Modern style, very clean, comfortable and pleasant staff. Great location Would stay again. Our 7 year old enjoyed the outdoor pool. Bonus, the pool opens very early and she was able to swim in the morning before we had to check out at 11AM.

I chose this hotel based on reviews that highlighted its cleanliness, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t match those expectations. My room was not as clean as I had hoped—there was hair around the room, and the floors appeared unclean. I also forgot to bring my own washcloth and towels, and the ones provided by the hotel were disappointing. Some had visible spots, and one even had hair embedded in it. Reviews also mentioned friendly staff, but aside from the two helpful individuals at the front desk, I didn’t find that to be the case. While waiting at the elevator, a staff member possibly from the maintenance team stood there without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment, which felt dismissive and awkward. I personally don’t recommend but if you stay I hope your experience is better.

Overall good experience

The location was great. Its not walkimg distance because it shoulders a busy highway. That was one mileading thing in the description, however it is a 5 minute drive from everything you need. The bar was not open Sunday or Monday snd when it was an attendent gave us wine. There was no bartender. Room service is by request or every three days. This was probably my least favorite part. With 2 kids, food, pool etc I felt like our room should have been serviced everyday. When I requested the service on the second day it didnt happen until after 4pm and they disnt leave us any toliet paper or take all of our trash. The hotel was very clean as was our room, I just felt housekeeping was sub par. Also a light in our room was broken amd I reported it day one and it was never fixed. The pool was awesome and great for kids! I did not experience this, but I often saw a long line of people waiting at the front desk and I never saw more than one person (or noone) there. Overall it was a good experience. I think the hotel is pretty new and was definitely understaffed. I think thats why it was a great deal. Once they work out the kinks I think it will be great.

Firstly the property is brand new. So well appointed with every little detail thought through in the rooms. However, a property is nothing without the staff. All of the staff we encountered on our trip we delightful, yet Camillo (apologies for the spelling) was outstanding. On check in he was dealing with a really difficult guest and dealt with her in such a professional way. He was so pleasant throughout the stay and is a credit to the team.

Very clean, nice pool. When I booked online I paid extra for a view but when I got to the room my view was the hotel behind us and the room as very small. When I called the front desk they said my reservation was a standard room, but fixed it very quickly and brought us to our new room which was a thousand times better than the first. Everything else was great, no issues.

Blinds did not work so they moved us to another room, only the blackout blinds worked in it. Internet kept going in and out and one evening it went completely out and did not come back in until next day. I will say staff was great and place was clean. Just need to work on the mechanical side of things. No microwave in rooms but you can use one in lobby. Does have a small in room fridge.
