Due to unforeseen winter storm and needing to cancel last minute due to both the entire state of north Carolina and the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area being dumped on with snow the hotel was unwilling to assist and understanding of our need to cancel. After speaking with an employee on evening prior to check in to ask about our options and being told the management is normally very understanding and willing to provide the full refund due to weather and safety that was not what we were provided at all. We were told we could either come and basically be trapped in the hotel or take the late cancellation policy and pay the penalty or to randomly pick a day to come back with a no cancellation option. We had heard great things about this location and were so excited to come but unfortunately we will find other options for our next trip back.

We loved the resort. The room was clean but there were broken lamps, outlets, and no bathroom vent fan. I'd still stay there but maybe maintenance needs to check the room amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough about the housekeeping staff. They were courteous and considerate and kept the property spotless. We stayed 4 nights and they daily offered assistance and provided towels and linens freely. We will recommend the facility to others.

Cold buffet, one microwave on each floor, stayed there a week and they only changed towels after asking them to clean plenty of times. Too expensive with low quality the shower stayed cold water only got warm. The pool area was indoor and stayed cold went a week before Christmas and there wasn’t a single decor up.
