I enjoyed everything about this property! If you get a room on the pool side, it’s kind of loud at night though and early on the morning. So if you plan on sleeping late or going to bed early, opt for another area of the hotel.

We took our daughter and her two girls with us and everything was amazing. The room was large enough for the girls to play with there toys. We pools were absolutely wonderful especially the lazy river. Breakfast was great and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic hotel for families visiting the area. Breakfast was great, the pools were exceptional, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and the rooms were immaculate. We have been to the Smoky Mountains several times and have stayed in various chalets and hotels, but none of them were as impressive as this hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and will make this our preferred accommodation in this area.

Great Hotel

Wonderful breakfast and great pool area. Staff were very kind and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and shower was fabulous. Only down fall was the pool was closed for 2 hours our first night because they we’re watching rain that was 10 miles out. It was beautiful and sunny the whole time we waited then once it opened we swam for 20 minutes then they closed it again. Very frustrating.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay, comfortable beds, sparkling clean rooms, and a huge bathroom! Came with breakfast. Amazing indoor and outdoor pools and a great game room perfect stay and the best location in the middle of everything !
