Are you looking for a cozy clean comfortable and close-to-action place to stay for just 2 people? (1 adult and 1 child; or 2 adults unit . NOTE: max of 2 guests )
You've found it!!
Havens Rest is located in beautiful Golfview Resort in Pigeon Forge, TN. Stay in this ultra clean and conveniently located cabin and you'll be 1 mile to Patriots Park (Trolley hub). Located next door to Gatlinburg Golf Course and 1/2 mile off the Parkway, Havens Rest is also just a short drive from Gatlinburg and the Smokies Park.

NOTE: This cabin is best described as an efficiency apartment--ideal for 2 adults!--,equipped with a kitchenette, dining area, queen bed, and queen sofa/sleeper in the living room area that has a 42" tv, and a beautiful balcony/porch (with gas BBQ) overlooking Dollywood. (It is an L-shaped efficiency unit and as such does not have a bedroom door.)

This unit does NOT have an indoor hot tub. But there is a resort hot tub (open seasonally) located outdoors.

For this unit, Resort Policy allows ONE vehicle (car, pickup). But Trailers are NOT allowed on the property.

Provided in the cabin: linens (sheets, pillows, blankets), towels, small soap at bathroom sink, dish soap



***Be advised that this is the lower unit of a multi-story cabin, and this unit which is completely private and separate from the upstairs unit, is accessed by going down an outside staircase of about 15 steps.

Parking is right by the cabin! And the indoor pool is just a 2 minute walk away; the outdoor (seasonal) pool is a 5 minute walk.

Every thing was great, couldn’t get the fire place working but overall we enjoyed our stay. Everything was close by it’s about 10-15 mins to Gatlinburg welcome center where you can take the trolley to all the stores.

My daughter stayed four nights and we loved. She slept on the pullout sofa and I had the bed. It was comfortable and cozy. We were also close to so many of the things we wanted to do. We could even see the fireworks at dollywood from the balcony! I highly recommend this place. We also wanted to thank the owner for being so responsive and making the stay easy and efficient.

This rental unit overlooks Dollywood and we could watch the nightly fireworks/drone show, literally from the balcony of the rental. Great close view of the fireworks!! Close to all the various parks, outlet mall, restaurants. Unit is very well maintained and easily accessable. Great value for the price!!

This VRBO was perfect for my sister and I. It had a queen bed & sofa with a pull out if you needed it. Water temp/pressure was awesome. The sunsets you could see from the balcony were gorgeous and we could see fireworks at night from there too. It was perfect for us!

This place is in a great location. It is cozy and very comfortable. Easy access and close to all the distilleries. I wish there was a stove top to be able to cook our breakfast but otherwise great spot.
