When we were taking a shower on the 1st night, the water never got hot and the water pressure was horrible. We stayed on the 5th floor, last room on the floor. I do understand it takes a while for the hot water to travel , but it only got colder and zero water pressure. In the tub, it was worse than a kitchen sink faucet. We called the front desk and a maintenance guy came up and said it’s bc we were on the 5th floor and the last room. Nothing was done . Didn’t offer us to move to a different room. So, the next night- we tried showering at a different time and it was worse. After my daughter and me , my husband and sons water was ice cold at the end of the shower. I advised the front desk at checkout I was not happy about the water in the bathroom : no pressure and not hot. All they said was “sorry, I’ll get that checked on”. Not being able to have a decent shower, makes for a bad overall experience. I will probably never recommend this hotel or stay here again.

For a one night stay it wasn’t bad

It was a nice stay. The hotel is older and a tad rundown. Needs a good cleaning. The only issue we had was as they were fixing the elevator in the morning, They kept setting off the fire alarm. We went on the off-season, so it wasn’t crowded, which was really nice.

Thevwas wonderful. Just seen where the tile wasnt connected all the in the kitchen, and bathroom. Had to get maintenance to come tighten a handle on the frying pan. But other than tjose few minor things our room was great.

The pool had buildup on the walls so thick that a lot if people had scratched their names into it... showing how easily it could come off if cleaned. The drains of the bathtubs were green and needed to be cleaned. The door to the bathroom was rotting. One night, the highest pitched alarm ive ever heard in my life went off just before 2am. Of course I have heard fire alarms and expect them to be loud but it was so much more higher pitched than that and once it woke me up I was slowed down getting out of the building because it was so ear shattering and painful that I could not grasp a clear line of thought. The manager that night could not give an explanation, and upon asking what happened the next 2 days no one could give any explanation at all as to why the alarm went off. They kept telling me that they don't work at night so how could they know what caused the alarm, but I'm sure I wasn't the only person asking and I think at the bare minimum employees need to be informed of what has happened in recent emergency situations so that they can inform the guests. Management should have handled this situation better and whatever alarm went off needs to be replaced. I could not sleep for a while because I had a migraine caused by the painful alarm.

The pool had a nasty ring on the inside. So bad people had scratched their name around entire pool! Then someone puked in the pool. The pool was the only reason I booked this place. The room was fairly clean. The corners and behind dressers were gross tho. Will not be staying there again! Will also warn friends and family.
