The refrigerator didn’t work,a/c made popping noises all night long called front desk no help said would have talk to a manager that never showed up and no one even called or checked up on our problems was supposed to be a Mountain View balcony only view we had was a guy in a hot tub with the hotel beside it so be wear of room location un professional staff

Was pleased with my stay except breakfast. Oatmeal and grits were never done, The attendants could have used more help due to the number of people staying. It was full our 5 night stay. The shower & toilet area was very small. Overall a great stay!

The front desk lady at night was a bit busy and not so accommodating. She would take constant vape breaks and didn’t help with any issues we had. Front desk was called multiple times at night and no one would answer.
