Unfortunately this property was subpar at best.
Checked into the first room there were black stains on the sheets and other stains on the comforter, and to add to it there were “hairs” on the night stand…
Moved to room 2, same stains on comforter and not as noticeable black stains on the sheets, but also as hot as the 7th gate of h*ll. Tried a fan, the air conditioning and still nothing…
Moved to the 3rd room of the night….walk in and greeted by a full size refrigerator in the middle of the room, why it was there I’ll never know, physically moved it across the room to the correct spot, only to discover the tub was completely rusted around the drain, and a freshly patched hole in the wall leaving a large white visible patch mark for all to see…
Jasmine the night auditor was absolutely fantastic, very empathetic, understanding and went over and above to accommodate…
Neil the other front desk employee was absolutely terrible, combative and lacked any sort of empathy to even assist me. Thankfully Expedia was on the line to hear the entire interaction with this employee…still taken aback by his poor customer service.
