When we arrived and checked into our room our eyes and asthma instantly burned and flared up. We checked out and went to Hershey lodge. More expensive but worth feeling healthy breathing for the kids

All of the staff was very nice. Claire was extremely kind and helpful. Crossing the road from the hotel was a challenge. It’s difficult to see and the road is wider than it looks. This is certainly not the fault of the hotel, it is due to the hill. So be careful. This hotel is in a great location.

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond and helped us celebrate our daughter's birthday. Parking is free and convenient. Breakfast is plentiful and has a lot of variety. However, the hotel is dated and we wish the cleaning were better. They do clean every other day, which is ok, but even after they clean, the floors are not even vacuumed, and that is the reason why I took off 1 star.

The staff was very friendly. Even though we arrived in the midst of a big team arriving we didn’t experience a delay checking in. Love the proximity to Hershey park. The pool is a decent size and enjoyable.

The room was very awkwardly arranged. The desk was so close to the bed that the chair had to be turned sideways just to sit in it. One of the beds actually touched the exterior wall. No more than two people could share this room. The water pressure at the sink was minimal but the shower water pressure was too much and not adjustable. The tub seemed smaller than a typical bath tub and therefore had limited flat area on which to stand to take a shower. Even though I have no physical problems I found myself holding onto the safety bar while showering and I am not a large person. Lighting in the breakfast bar area was dim. The front counter staff was excellent, friendly and efficient. We generally look for a Hampton Inn when we travel. They are usually quite nice. However, this Hampton Inn has some built-in features the are less than desireable. Maybe other rooms are better but ours was not what we expected of a Hampton Inn.
