A dream place. Entire rustic house in the mountains of the Catalan Maresme, with landscaped areas and spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea, much clarity and sun all day. Only 5 min. from the beach of Pineda or Calella de Mar by car. Just 40 minutes by car from Barcelona and Girona too. The urbanization is traditional and classic of the 70s, surrounded by vegetation and similar rustic houses Ideal accommodation for couples, groups of friends or families.

Rural holiday let Pineda de Mar

Pleasant views towards Pineda de Mar and the Mediterranean spoilt somewhat by constant noise from vehicles on C32 motorway. Apartment living / kitchen area satisfactory but tired and quite tatty. Main bedroom small with no king bed as described. Second bedroom tiny with no room to pull out bunk bed. Bathroom tiles need good clean also shower plughole. Shower very cramped snd shower tray crazed. Barely 12 inches between edge of toilet and wall. Shelf above basin danger of hitting head. No mention of security camera on entrance to lounge in listing - only mentioned day before arrival. Photo of camera in listing but as no narrative of location thought it was to do with security lighting. Photo of steps down yo overgrown and untidy garden but no mention of the 127 steps from parking on road to property entrance door. Path and steps uneven and cracked so very hazardous. Cushions for terrace chairs too small for chairs provided. Overall disappointing that the listing does not accurately reflect the state of the property.
