I booked our stay at Pinedale Hotel because of the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was out of service, the pool was so cold I couldn't get in past my feet. The toilet in the pool area was filthy! Our room didn't lock, we didn't realize this till after getting unpacked. So we had to pack again and move rooms. Tub in room was nice.

very OUTDATED! No wonder why there was no pictures of the King Bedroom available. Very old crowed room. Unplugged the refrig in the room because of the humming noise coming from it. the room had a terrible perfume smell to it also.

There was hardly any toilet paper in the room. There were long dark hairs in the bathtub and several on the toilet. We cleaned the toilet because we had to. We didn’t even shower because it was so gross. In the morning when we tried to check out, we could not find any staff.
