If you are looking for a house to relax for a few days with friends and family in a privileged natural environment you have just found your home. El Molino is an authentic haven of peace and tranquility, your only concern will be to listen to the course of the river Esperaban while you enjoy some beers or a good wine on the porch of the house. Comment that the natural environment where it is located is something really exceptional ... I just hope that future generations know how to keep it and so many more people can enjoy it.

The house has two natural pools (pools) of totally clean water, the one on top delights the smallest of the house as it is suitable even for babies and the one below covers in August over the waist of a adult of 1,80. In the section of videos you can see them if you want.

Old oil mill rehabilitated, declared well of cultural interest by the Junta de Extremadura, with something more than one hundred years old. The original structure of the building has been maintained, accommodating the interior to current needs. The materials of the Hurdana architecture, stone walls, wooden beams, floor and slate roof have been respected, as well as the machinery, which is in its entirety located and conserved inside the building.

The result is so cozy that guarantees a comfortable and quiet stay in direct contact with nature, since the mill is hidden under the shelter of a magnificent natural scenery: pines, olive trees, heather, rockrose, cherry, oak and chestnut ... more noise than the murmur of the water of the Esperabán river that crosses the area and where you can enjoy its waters in the natural pool attached to the mill.

The ground floor is totally diaphanous, they are 100 m2 dedicated to relaxation .... it has two different rooms with fireplace, dining room, a very spacious kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms all equipped with an independent bathroom, two of them with cast iron bathtubs. It has capacity for six adults + two children in extra beds.

Regarding air conditioning indicate that it appears on the card as included because due to the architectural characteristics of the house itself (walls over one meter thick) the temperature does not rise of 25º in the common areas (ground floor) despite that in the exterior we are at 38º. It is in this sense Resolution of the Ministry of Tourism of the Junta de Extremadura granting exemption from the use of air conditioning on the ground floor. Although the house does not have air conditioning neither in the common areas nor in the rooms since it is only necessary in the rooms of the first floor exceptionally when a heat wave comes very, very severe ...... but with temperatures " normal "up to 38º is not necessary. There are that if fans in the rooms to combat a little heat in the summer.

In April of 2018 we have carried out the complete renovation of the solar equipment, eight new plates and 1000 Ampere batteries guarantee the power supply.
