*Pool heating: If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September. Pool heating is $350 first night, $250 second night and 150 for every night after that.

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:

Fenced yard: Not fully fenced

Outdoor Surveillance: We have a camera at the front of the main house, located in the middle, the edge of the roof.

Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads but capable of low riding cars.

Cell phone coverage: NO cellphone coverage



◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



◦ RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



◦ SMOKING POLICY

No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees



◦ Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



◦ Hot Tub/Pool:

Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.



Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. Thanks for your understanding!

We welcome your furry friends to our home! There is a $100 pet fee per pet, Please make sure not to leave them unattended when you leave them at the house alone--cages are preferred.

- We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!



◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

* Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee
