We stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious and my daughters loved having their own beds versus sharing a sofa bed. Room was very clean and a/c worked well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The area was quiet but only a few minutes walk to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The tower was an easy 15 minute walk. Staff were helpful and shuttle to airport was quickly arranged. It is easy to walk to the station to go to/from the airport but it was pouring so nice to have the shuttle option.

Have stayed here before and the breakfast buffet is excellent, staff friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that the single rooms are hit and miss in terms of size and quality of the bed and also, on this occasion a noisy singer/disco went on until between midnight and 1am.

Night receptionist grumpy, rest of staff where ok. Able to store luggage when arrived early, very close to station and the tower. Good price and had good sleep, coffee good at breakfast

An open bottle of drink in the mini bar, obviously no one checked that. Reception just shrugged he’s shoulders Hard bed. Cheap, but not worth it for a late check in and just an uncomfortable sleep. Little terrace area ok.

Loved the traditional composition of this Italian hotel. A little hesitant to wander down by the river. Staff was lovely and helpful. Disappointed that the per ported free airport shuttle was actually 15E per couple.

Room was small but very well designed so it was comfortable and fully functional. The hotel location is great with plenty of dining options nearby,and on the route from the station to the leaning tower. All staff were very helpful and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome hotel in a super convenient location for exploring Pisa. Walking distance from the train station, and easily walkable to the center of town and all the attractions. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and very happy to accommodate any requests or needs.
