Viviana was very good on the bus tour. Very pleasant. Nikola was a great guide through Pompei Interesting and never got boring Thank you Viviana , Nikola and the bus driver!

24 hours in Pisa!

Absolutely incredible hotel. Don’t think you could get any better of a place in Pisa. We hadn’t paid for a room with a view but because it was off season they upgraded us. Loved every minute

Love the view we had in our room. Even though we were right by the leaning tower of Pisa and the was a lot of travelers we could not hear a thing when the windows were closed

The property is very clean and modern. The room size was great as was the bathroom with a lovely big walk in shower. Our room was on the front of the property which had a direct view of the Tower of Pisa. Absolutely outstanding. The staff were very polite and the concierge spoke good English. We arrived too early to check in but we're allowed to leave our luggage with them free of charge so we could enjoy the area a little before checking in. There are no dining facilities on the premises but there are plenty of places to go and eat within the immediate area. You do get tea & coffee facilities in your room. (Just no milk so if you like it take your own little bottle) The only negative we had with the whole experience was that the bed was broken or in need of a new mattress as it was like sleeping in a bowl where the middle sank and we just rolled into the middle and it was a bit tricky to roll back to the edge to get out. This was mentioned at check out so hopefully this will be rectified.
