The location of this hotel could not be better. I had a clear look at the leaning tower right outside my bedroom window. It was a suite with two separate rooms so there was plenty of room. It had multiple televisions if you’re into that. Some water, coffee and snacks were complementary, which was a nice touch. No problems with the bathroom. As far as downsides, the number one thing would be that the bed was quite hard. It was painful to sleep on it after a length of time. Also the HVAC was a little difficult to operate, and I did require a tutorial from the staff. But overall it was OK. Also, this hotel does not include breakfast with the room purchase which is a major downer. But I would say those are the only real downsides. In general, this is a lovely place with mind blowing views and I would strongly consider staying there again if I was in Pisa.

Perfect location with an incredible view of the leaning tower of Pisa. So impressed with the sound proof windows, let me tell you it was very loud and busy outside starting early morning until late. When you close the window you can’t hear a thing, it’s incredible. The room was very clean and had wonderful facilities, the toiletries were a lovely touch. We explored a lot of the city and can’t think of a better place to stay. Once the breakfast is up and running this will be a perfect hotel, we will definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

The most beautiful stay in all of Pisa! Thank you to the kind and generous staff who upgraded our room, we loved the balcony view room of the tower. This hotel is beyond wonderful and I can’t recommend enough, the rooms are modern and spotless with everything you could need including slippers, robes and snacks. The hotel is so cute throughout with lounges on all floors for guests to use. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but that isn’t a problem - head to the wonderful cafe Po’osto - a 2 minute walk from the hotel for the most incredible selection of pastries / cakes / savouries. The hotel staff gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner and just below the hotel to the left is an amazing souvenir store. I can’t wait to come back and stay here - thank you!
