Room was spotless, modern and super quiet. Bed was really comfortable and decent pillows ( unlike the pancakes you get elsewhere) shower was powerful and nice and hot water - all round the hotel was clean and stylish

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm, attentive approach made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel itself delivered a luxury experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a romantic couple’s getaway. Whether we were unwinding in our beautiful room or exploring the local area with the staff’s expert guidance, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for anyone seeking a high-end, memorable escape. We can’t wait to return.

Stayed in this property, in order to go to a concert at the arena. Really easy to get to (about 10 mins from Bergamo airport & cost about 35 euros from Airport) Place was immaculate, staff were amazing especially Luca. The only down side is that there are limited dining options around the area. There is a pizza restaurant at choruslife, which was busy & ok, however post gig there was nothing open. There is a aldi a 5 min walk away & a few local pizza restaurants and an amazing bakery but they all close between 7-10pm. if you’re back late you will probably have to order a deliveroo.
