Great location, staff, and restaurant in the hotel. Our room had a king size bed, which was nice, however, it was kind of soft and it could’ve been firmer. The air conditioning system worked fine. There was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been a plus. We would definitely stay there again if we go to Merida.

This historic hacienda turned into a hotel in a few words is just amazing,….the friendly staff and complementary breakfast every morning in the gardens of the hacienda were a highlight of our stay here. Totally recommended when you visit Valladolid.

I love that the property is well, very clean and the staff from the hotel were very friendly and hospitable. The parking while checking out was not very friendly I was boxed in and asked how am I suppose to get out he said like this he was able to get in but hit the other car while getting in I said be careful he got upset got out of the care and said for me to get in. Since I could not get in he left and I had to claim in from the passengers side to the driver. He said I don’t want to scratch your car. Obviously he did not get a tip since I was left to fend for myself. But hotel staff a facility were great. Definitely would recommend it.

We only spent one night here, but the hotel is historic and absolutely stunning. I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in the centre of town and convenient for all amenities.

Hacienda like feel-loved it!

This hotel is beautiful. The architecture and decor made it look classy. The rooms were clean, the plants were well maintained, and the pool was refreshing. Our room also included breakfast and unlimited snacks and drinks inside the mini-fridge.the indoor parking was an added bonus. The restaurant provided us with a panoramic view of local landmarks The proximity to the pyramids, cenotes and tour buses made this the perfect spot for my disabled mother, my sister, and I. The staff was attentive and very friendly. We relaxed and will come back to this hotel!

We stayed 1 night here and would go back in a minute. The room was really nice. Great view from the rooftop seating off the 4th floor. The roof top restaurant and bar has a great view. We ate in the main floor restaurant and the food was fantastic for dinner and lunch. Really authentic. Really cool place. Hotel is right on the main square.
