We love this hotel. It is a great place to stop when we are driving to Virginia. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Kathleen went the extra mile to ship the wallet I left in my room. We will plan to stay here every year.

Wasn't a suite as I thought I had booked. Pics online were misleading apparently. And immediately after I checked in, the online price dropped $10 which was discouraging. Plus Trivago offered $35 dollars cheaper I found after the fact. I will most likely find another way to book hotels from now on.

This was a last minute late at night booking when our original hotel booking did not work out. It gave us a place to stay. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working properly and the hot tube/pool area had an extremely strong chlorine smell. We had to leave the pool after only 15 minutes because of the smell and my families eyes began to burn. We did not get the chance to try the free breakfast due to it not being ready.and available when the staff said it would be.

Decent

Had to stay in a hotel due to power outage. Definitely a nice hotel but they also lost power briefly and the hot tub was down and for some reason 1.5 hours before the pool closed they decided to shock the pool so you couldn’t swim for roughly 30 minutes.

A Great Choice For Families

My family had a wonderful experience. We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored Pittsburgh. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel staff are also very warm and helpful. Special shout out to the wonderful ladies working in the breakfast area.

Didn't understand why we had to pay for parking? Our parking fee was waved but we never gave our license plate at check-in nor was there any way to track which cars were coming and going so we were very curious how they could even charge for parking.

Wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had nice variety. The fitness center was clean and updated equipment. The room was (huge!) was a nice surprise. Great stay!

Wonderful Service

There are two hotels here, same company. Before we arrived the pool had to be drained and while I tried to find different lodging the wonderful lady (Kathleen?) called next door and got our party upgraded. Heather put us in a two bedroom suite where we were able to use the pool, hot tub and gym. We also had a kitchenette which we didn't plan on. We will definitely stay again. Before staying I found a lot of reviews complaining about paying to park, they will validate so you park for free. Thank you ladies!
