Didn’t like the room. It was very Dated for today’s standards. The toilet was just about against the wall and it was also loose. Won’t be staying there again unless it was a last resort.

We lost power in our neighborhood. I called the hotel directly, the person said he was physically at the hotel, and I asked if they had power. He confirmed. I made a booking and showed up at the hotel to find out the hotel did not have power, and we then had to visit 3 other hotels to try to find a room.

Property was nice. Reasonable rates. Front desk staff who checked me in was very nice and helpful. The room was fine. The floor area around the toilet was sticky but other than that, everything was good.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is one of our favorites! It is conveniently located to shopping, movies, and restaurants. Wesley was a tremendous help to us on check in. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He also gave us suggestions for restaurants in the local area. The hotel was clean and quiet at night. The only thing was the pool was not open and the work out room was being remodeled so we weren’t able to use those.

Did not like the pick up wait over an hour after we landed at the airport. If you say you have a shuttle to and from the airport, you shouldn’t be sharing with other hotels.

This hotel was not as modern as we were hoping for BUT it is under construction for updates so I’m eager to see those once completed. Staff were very polite and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back after the updates are completed!
