When I showed up to check in for my pre paid hotel room, the front desk attendant immediately started shaking her head no saying we’re sold out. I explain I prepaid for the room and she just kept reappearing they were sold out and had oversold the hotel. I was alone, in a strange city, and that was terrifying. They ended finding a room for me after a while, but that situation should have been handled with more tact and kindness.

Awful! Bad pillows, broken coffee machine, wouldnt refill pancake batter, dirty room with poor lighting, indoor pool full of bugs with cloudy water, and worst of all the room would get super hot at night due to motion sensor controlled AC! Staff wasn't helpful.

House keeper never came to clean room. And give us new towels , called at 4:20 and said house keepers leave at 4:30, so call front desk and they brought up new towels
