Washer and Dryer are shared with the apartment next door and they are located in the basement area. Apartment is on the first floor. Wifi, Smart TV, Utilities and AC included. Pets are welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our only draw back was the use of lawn chairs as furniture in the living room and the fact that the one chair was damaged and posed a potential safety issue.

Apartment was clean and the location was central and we felt completely safe in the neighborhood. Really enjoyed the off street parking although there was plenty available on the street as well.
