Extremely unprofessional experience. Our reservation was clearly booked for 3 nights, yet on the second night, management came to our room insisting we leave immediately because their system showed only 2 nights. Despite showing our confirmed documentation, the manager refused to acknowledge the error. Expedia support even confirmed the manager was being uncooperative. We were forced to secure another hotel for our final night. Completely unacceptable and very poorly handled.

It was the most horrible experience I had in my whole life, the room is so disgusting, the picture is totally cheating. This is totally run down place, the carpet is so dirty, looks never been cleaned, the bed sheet and covers are so stinky, actually, the entire room is stinky so much which I can not breath, it is so cold outside, I stayed outside for a few hours, and I do not want to come into the room, the limited furnitures are all broken, there are lots of dirty things on the wall, looks like poop. This place should be shut down, it is inhuman.
This is what you get in your room, I brought my own sheet to cover on the top, and I have to sleep with my cloths on as the air conditioning is so laud and stink I have to turn it off.

This hotel room was terrible. Cigar burn holes in the comforters of bed. Hair on the wash cloth in bathroom. The bathroom door trim looked like it was chewed by a rabid dog. The curtains didn’t even shut all of the way letting light from the parking lot in. There was no bathroom in the lobby to use. We were concerned to leave our things outside of our bad for fear of something crawling into them. We should have been paid to stay here. Looking for refund.

I knew the price was too low, but I tried it any way. The room smelled awful, like unwashed cigarettes that had been closed up for months. The sheets were see through and scratchy and too small for the bed. The guy working at the counter was nice though. But, man, that smell. The area wasn’t the best, but it didn’t feel unsafe. Maybe with a deep cleaning abd better linens this place could be passable.

Total dump. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this place was worse than some slumlords apartments. Stains on the walls. Carpets look like they haven’t been vacuumed in years. The toilet was barely bolted down and leaked out onto the bathroom floor every time it flushed (when it actually worked to flush). The sink was clogged. Patches and holes all over. The room smelled like dog and cigarettes. Unfortunately, due to an event in the area there were no other options available for the weekend and we were stuck. When I brought the condition up to the front desk, he just said “okay, okay, we will get to that”

I asked for a large One king bed. I arrived into the hotel to get 2 queen beds. The bed beside me appeared to have sex stains on the sheets when i examined the bed. The curtains were dirty as well.

DISGUSTING

This place is an absolute hell hole!!! Disgusting room from top to bottom! We decided to stay in Pittsburgh last min after the football game and this was the only place that had a room so we had no choice! Upon arrival it was kinda sketchy but we had already booked and paid pull in have to call a number to even check in get into the room it reeks of musty old mold odor bathroom was disgusting hair and god only knows what else in the tub and on the floor you can tell it hadn’t been dusted in months nor swept !! I ended up driving 4 hours back home no way was we staying here
