My main concern was that we had the privacy sign hung on the door so that no one would go in while we ran out and they still came in and did their thing. I don’t like people coming in and touching my things, which is why we hung the sign. I don’t like returning and seeing my stuff moved and the sign on the desk.

Staff was wonderful let me just say that. I didn’t have a problem with them, what me and my boyfriend had issues with was the lack of cleanliness in the room (normally we put our clothes away if we’re going to be staying for a few days) but we were unable to do that because the dresser was filthy. The room also did NOT smell clean when we first arrived. Overall, experience wasn’t terrible but I expect the hotel rooms be better cleaned for guests.

Amenities are poor, the room flooded. Got yelled at by the maintenance man and the woman on staff. Extremely rude. No apologies for having to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They didn’t grab all my stuff from the other room. Rude, mean and they are not looking after the customer.

The rooms look more updated and spacious in the photos. The walls were dirty, the lights kept flickering during our stay, one outlet didn’t work at all and the bathroom was gross. We chose not to use the shower during our stay and instead showered at a family members house before traveling back home.
