When I arrived ~3:30 (checkin is 3) I didn’t have an access code to my apartment. Luckily it only took around 10 minutes from contacting to receive it. The floor was still being cleaned when I arrived and from the state of the room, it seemed to be a rushed cleaning job. The floors were a bit sticky and it didn’t look like they were swept. The bathroom still had hairs in the shower, nothing too bad just strays. Overall you get what you pay for. If you’re only sleeping here and don’t have to spend too much time and are ok with not having the amenities of hotels (constant room service, breakfast, etc) this stay is good for just the average needs.

Quality as low as the price tag. Until fees

The Sheets were dirty with stains and some other residue and also smelled of Mildew. The rooms cooling/ heating was composed of a plug in fan and plug in heater. The Heater did not work. The television had seemingly never been cleaned and the screen was cover with filmed to where I cleaned it myself. I also then observed while using the Roku that one of my neighbors was accidently controlling my setup (observed by the menu randomly moving and selecting things) The promo code did not work for the parking garage so I now have a large garage fee that completely moots the low price of the stay.

This accommodation is perfect for travelers who are seeking a budget-friendly option without the need for luxury. Overall, my experience was quite positive and exceeded my expectations—until the final night of my stay. I woke up to find my room filled with smoke, which was quite alarming as it seemed to hang like a cloud over my head. It was disappointing to realize that some guests do not adhere to the property's strict no-smoking policy. Despite this unfortunate incident, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and appreciated most aspects of my stay.

hair in the sink looked like it belonged to a man who hadn't trimmed his beard for a while. shower stall was stained and smelled of mildew. marijuana smell infiltrated via the ventilation system. there is no thermostat. great location, low price, and useful parking discount make this a reasonable choice, but there are issues.

I really enjoyed staying here as it was walking distance to the paints arena, where we were going. There is other places its close to, such as downtown and mt. Washington. The property managers are very attentiveand kind and get back to you asap to address any needs you may have. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Stay! Highly recommend!!

Convenience and comfort at Stay

Conveniently located downtown. It’s a small independent hostel like hotel. The Rooms vary in size with good options that sleep 2 to 6 guests. Some have separate living areas and kitchens. Formerly dorms for the Art Institute, each room is individually decorated. Close to shops, restaurants and lots of transportation, there’s parking in a garage on the corner. Rates are great, check-in is virtual and the building is secure. Property doesn’t have staff on site 24/7 but they’re responsive via email and text. Happy to call Stay Pittsburgh a go to consistent accommodation.

I travel to visit family and chose to stay here with my 5 kids. The bnb we had was perfect and cute. We all fit and had enough space to have for our own. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in instead of wasting money on take out the whole trip. We were able to sit down together and eat. Plenty of space in the living room for all 6 of us to relax and watch a movie together. We all had our own bed. The best part ....... Two bathrooms!!! Both with showers. It was affordable and adorable. It was in great walking distance to the closes parking garage of only 1 min walk. A convent store across the street. Fun activities to go to use a 5 mins drive away. We felt very secure having our own code to get in. Only problem I had was my kids fighting over who gets what bed 😅 We will definitely be staying here again!

It’s a good place to stay if you wanna save money, i told them bout the room when i check in that it was not in the condition I expected, but the manager the next day came in knocking the door & clean it up & make up to it ,went with my family to go out & came back to a nice clean room & neater sheets, i recommend it full to anyone who wanna save to stay in this place that is affordable and a small like apartment looking, especially with a family trip nice place to stay, just don’t expect it to be a hotel looking place.
