My stay at the Puente Romano was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel was spotless throughout, and my room was large, modern, beautifully laid out, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a truly relaxing experience. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to help. Their warm professionalism made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the facilities are genuinely top-tier. This hotel doesn’t just claim its five-star status because it checks the right boxes; it earns it through impeccable service, breathtaking surroundings, and an atmosphere of luxury in every corner. All in all, it was a good stay lots for the kids to do very kid friendly. Besides the fact you can’t take your kids to dinner in most restaurants after 730. Beach was OK upgrades are charged. Breakfast was good. A little bit busy all in all eight out of 10.
