Boca Vista is a waterfront community. Wonderful views of Gasparilla Sound, the ICW, and Boca Grande, Florida. The property offers a large, heated swimming pool, hot tub, gas grills, kayak launch, and tennis court. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus den condo is located on the fourth floor with views of Gasparilla Sound. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the Den has a futon. January through March requires a three-month rental. The condo is nonsmoking and does not allow pets.

Refrigerator issues

This was not our 2nd stay at Boca Vista Harbor. Great location, beautiful view & great support staff available for any concerns. We arrived & moved in quickly only to realize the refrigerator temperature was mot working at an appropriate temperature. Service was to arrive on our 2nd day which didn’t occur. By mid afternoon we were offered to move to another condo which we did. We were offered a momentary reimbursement that we haven’t received yet. I’m expecting it to be sent within 2 weeks of arriving back home. Our plans are to book in 2026.
