A Home just 10 km Away (15 minutes by car) from Chania that shits on a strategic place
I have personally lived in house myself, it's located on a traditional village outside of the city center though very close to get in 15min by car just to give you a refrence. It is close to some of Cretes best beaches in the north west like Balos, Phalasarna and the south west beaches like Sougia, Palaiochora and Elafonissi. The house itself sits just above Platanias and Agia marina.
the village itself is equiped with traditional taverns, groccery store, supermarket, bakery, atm and a gas station everything you need is in close proxemity
