Our modern first floor apartment is ideal for up to 5 persons, 5 min walk from Kamisiana beach and 25’ drive from Chania Venetian Harbour. It offers two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an open space living room and a bathroom. The house features a wonderful pool terrace and barbeque. Air con, Wifi, Smart TV washer available! Strategically located close to the world famous beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonissi!
Our modern apartment offers absolute comfort and can accommodate up to 5 persons (67m2 total). There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom shower and a magnificent pool view balcony. There is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and living room, complete with a twin bed for additional sleeping space. The living room door offers access to a wonderful sea view balcony.
Our apartment offers delightful shared outdoor spaces, including a swimming pool, barbecue, and dining areas, along with ample room for leisure and recreation. The swimming pool is shared with 3 more apartments within the complex of the residence. It is 12x6 meters, 1.40 deep and has a special shallow section, ideal for young children.
Conveniently located just a 25-minute drive from Chania center and a mere 450 meters from Kamisiana beach, it offers an ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility away from the bustling city. In the nearby seaside town of Kolymbari you can find many cafes, restaurants, shops, and essential services.
