Great amenities for most part. They should stick to Mexican food because pizza was awful and other Italian style dishes weren’t great either but the other foods they made were good. Room service was pretty slow but property was beautiful and relaxing and staff was helpful, kind. Appreciated the extra little things done for us as we were celebrating our anniversary.

Front desk is terrible. Information provided before travel was not the same information that was provided at the front desk. My cousin phoned before my travel to inquire if I can bring her credit card to use for the deposit and customer service said No, she was advised by the customer service to just use cash. My cousin ask how much and the customer service said $400 US dollars. So before my travel my cousin bought US dollars. Check in time, the front desk said they dont accept US dollars. And she dis not accept the US dollars she reiterated not accepting the US dollars. If I donr have my Philippine bank card then I dont know if was able to check in.

Great experience from beginning to end. We were picked up from the airport by Mario and he helped us with our luggage. It was about a 30 minute ride to the hotel, but we talked to him the entire time. He is a great guy. Caren was our personal concierge and she helped us plan out our stay. Thanks to her, we went on an amazing snorkling tour. Lo mejor de todo es que tenian albercas para los adultos, los niños, y familias. Nos hicimos amigos de unos 3 bartenders y eran los mejores. Todos los empleados eran muy buenos. Esperamos regresar algun dia.

The property is excellently located at the convenient location near the airport and in the center of all the activities Cancún have to offer. I had the best margaritas and shrimp tacos. The hospitality from the staff is like Hollywood. The food is delicious and a wide varieties to choose from. There’s different activities to do everyday.
