From arrival they make it hard , one of the staff walk with me long way to take me to check in desk and wasting my time trying to sell me like timeshare , food bad , my kids start cough from first day becuse the mold smell , no way to find someone for help , very unfriendly staff , at the checkout again you have to wait for long time and miss my airport ride then I have to fund taxi from hotel for $80 , not worth it to spend anytime and money here

Clean and pretty resort. Good for kids, but the food availability and amount you get was terrible. Places were out of food for lunch at 12:30. Room service for breakfast is the way to go, but order it the night before to get it when waking up. If not, you will be waiting an hour and a half. We also were supposed to have a butler for our room and never saw anyone. The service by the pool was excellent though. When you see all inclusive you think the kid activities would be included, but that was not the case. All kid activities are extra. To even take a kids temperature they want $250. The kids had a great time, but we will not be returning to this resort.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The level of hospitality was shockingly poor, with no sense of urgency or care for guest needs. The cave restaurant was a particularly terrible experience—service was slow and dismissive, making what should have been a highlight of the stay into a major letdown. The bellboys were also incredibly rude; my pregnant niece had to retrieve her own luggage, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment. I expected far better service and care from a resort of this caliber. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable getaway.

My room was not ready at 3pm, one front desk representative told me to come back in 40 mins. Once I got returned a different worker told me 30 mins. Once I got in the room there was no water. Called the front desk 3 times asking for water and no one brought it. I ordered room service and the worker brought my food and went back to make sure I got the water I ordered 3 times. Didn’t eat dinner 2 nights because of the app saying no availability due to restrictions. Over stay was a 5/10.

Absolutely, here’s an updated version of your review with mention of a baby: ⸻ Review: Very Disappointed – Not Happy at All Our stay was extremely disappointing. We requested a room with two queen beds, but one of the beds was broken — the middle sagged so badly it was almost unusable. Even worse, we lost power on the first night for several hours. With a baby and young kids in the room, and no air conditioning in 90-degree heat, it was unbearable and honestly unsafe. This was not the level of comfort or care we expected. We won’t be staying here again.

Loved the pool and staff. Lines for buffet were long and expected more seafood. Food was just okay. Room service didn’t show twice and took out a large chunk of our days with waiting since the delivery times were long anyway. We weren’t able to swim in the ocean due to a spotted croc so that was a bummer. We were on the 8th floor and still had ants coming into our room from the balcony. They weren’t near the beds so it wasn’t a huge bother but still not great. Had a good vacation but I don’t think we’ll stay there again.

I was a bit disappointed about the room additional cost because when I write an email to the hotel about my daughter’s attendance and requested for a room with double beds because it was our 20th anniversary. The representative I talk to knew about it but when we arrived We have to paid additional $900 more. Very disappointing.
